Meet our team

First Lady Laura King

Senior Pastor Reginald "Reggie" King

Pastor Reginal "Reggie" King is a dedicated servant of God, with a strong foundation in biblical education and pastoral leadership. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries from Laurel University (John Wesley - High Point, NC) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies along with a Master of Theology from Liberty University.

His Christian journey began in September 1997, attending Mt. Zion Baptist Church under Bishop George Brooks until 2001. He later served faithfully at Calvary Christian Center under Pastor Vince Hairston (2001-2011), where he answered the call to preach the Gospel in August 2001. Under Pastor Vince’s mentorship, he grew in servant leadership, serving as a minister, Youth Pastor, Deacon, and Elder.

Pastor King and his beloved wife, Laura, have been together for 31 years, married for 27 years and counting. They are proud parents to four sons—Reggie, Jonathan, Marcus, and Elijah—and doting grandparents to five grandchildren.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Pastor King has been a devoted Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees, and North Carolina Tar Heels fan for 48 years.

In January 2011, Pastor King launched Spirit and Truth Worship Center (STWC) with a mission to share the love of Christ with individuals encountered daily. Guided by Holy Scriptures and the principles of A.C.T.S. (Allowing Christ to Save), STWC is committed to serving, planting, and watering the seeds of faith while trusting the Holy Spirit to convict hearts.
